KEMPTVILLE, Ontario, March 16, 2006 — Three proven Holstein sires marketed by Select Sires Canada Inc. rank among the most elite sires in the breed for Lifetime Profit Index (LPI) according to February sire summaries release by Canadian Dairy Network.

The ever-popular 7HO5708 Fustead Emory BLITZ-ET ranks fourth among all Canadian-available sires for LPI at an outstanding +2047. This sire also holds the top spot for EBV Milk (+3562 kg, 99% Rel.) and is among the Top 10 for Conformation at +15 (98% Rel.). One year ago, BLITZ made history as the only sire to ever hold the top-ranked positions across the board for LPI, milk yield and type conformation simultaneously.
