The Ontario Spring Show took on a new format this year as it combined the Holstein and Jersey Spring Shows as well as the Ontario Discovery Show which used to be held later in the summer. The numbers were a little disappointing, but for the Holsteins about 90 head had gone to Syracuse for the New York Spring Show held the same weekend. This year marked the first time at the usually popular Ontario Spring Show that exhibitors were asked to sign ethics forms. Larry Bennet, Alton, ON, sorted through the 112 Holsteins.
